Three ways to work with SXNTH.AI
You might need a second opinion on an AI decision, help with one defined workflow, ongoing support for an AI system, or a partner to coordinate change across teams. Choose the level of help that fits the work and the continuity you need.
Choose by the work to be done and the support it needs, rather than by organisation size alone.
Choose by the work you need to do
These routes describe best fit, not eligibility rules. An enterprise can use Pay-As-You-Go for one defined project; a smaller organisation may suit Subscription when it has a live AI workflow and an ongoing support need.
Pay-As-You-Go
Individuals, independent professionals, entrepreneurs, founders and small teams with a focused AI question or defined project. An organisation of any size can choose this route for a bounded piece of work.
A paid AI Advisory Session for one question, an AI Decision Sprint for a more involved decision, or a scoped workflow proof, pilot or project.
An AI Advisory Session has one agreed fixed fee paid before the session. A Decision Sprint or project starts after agreed upfront mobilisation; the Statement of Work sets out any later weekly or sprint payments. A one-off engagement does not require a Subscription or Retained Partnership.
Subscription
SME and enterprise teams already using AI who need continuing review, controlled improvement, governance or adoption support.
Ongoing support for deployed AI workflows, including agreed performance reviews, testing and refinement. Monitoring and service capacity are defined for the work.
The first service period is paid upfront and credited against the first subscription invoice. Service capacity, review cadence and ongoing billing terms are confirmed in the written agreement.
Retained Partnership
SME and enterprise leaders coordinating related AI projects across teams, systems or business functions.
Senior-led direction, prioritisation, governance, quality reviews and coordinated delivery across related projects and programmes.
Commitment, specialist capacity, review arrangements and billing are set out in the agreed terms. Separately scoped project work has its own agreed mobilisation terms.
How engagements start
- Discuss fit: The Free AI Confidence Call is a no-cost qualification conversation about your situation and possible fit. Paid AI Advisory or AI Discovery and Assessment are separate scoped engagements.
- Share a defined brief: If you know what you want to improve, describe it in your own words. A clear request may be scoped directly; deeper workflow, data and risk analysis can be proposed as paid AI Discovery and Assessment.
- Agree the work and terms: A written proposal or Statement of Work sets out scope, deliverables, assumptions, timing and payment terms. For paid project work or Paid AI Discovery and Assessment, it records the mobilisation amount, what it covers, whether and how it is applied to the total fee, and any later payments before delivery begins.
How pricing is agreed
Cost depends on the scope and deliverables, the systems, data and integration work involved, specialist capacity, and the level of testing, governance and continuing support required. The written proposal explains the fee basis, assumptions, timing, payment schedule and any applicable third-party costs or VAT.
